Five Stars, Fully Justified

I had two properties in need of tree trimming and tree removal. Steve, an owner, arranged to come by and promptly give an estimate. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and offered suggestions as to the most effective way to do it, but never tried to “upsell” me or inflate the parameters of the jobs. He quoted a competitive price and a reasonable timeframe for the work. However, one tree removal needed seeing to sooner rather than later, and Steve was able to fit the jobs in several days earlier than scheduled, much to my tenant’s and my relief. The crew showed up on time and ready to work. Steve was onsite to go over the details of the work with his crew foreman, making sure that my wishes and concerns were addressed. The crew was hard working and easy to communicate with. They did their work efficiently and competently; they knew their jobs. When an unforeseen problem arose (the trailer tire picked up nails and developed a flat), they came up with a solution causing very little disruption in the ongoing work. They paid careful attention to oak wilt protocols. Cleanup was conscientious and complete–I didn’t have to point out any trimmings left behind. Both properties really benefitted from Sanchez & Sons Service’s efforts! Limbs were lifted away from roofs, the live oak canopy over the street was raised to city requirements, and generally unkempt growth was groomed to give a handsome street appeal to both houses. (So much so, in fact, that I’ve had to field a surge in realtors’ cold calls asking whether I want to sell!) Sanchez & Sons Services has been a family enterprise for several generations. Their justifiable pride comes out in their work!
